Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is required.


2. Damaged or Broken Items

If your product arrives broken, damaged, or defective, we will happily replace it at no additional cost.

To process a replacement, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or video showing the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged)

  • Your order number

Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement immediately.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items bought on clearance or with special discounts (unless damaged)


4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A replacement item is not available, or

  • The customer chooses a refund instead of replacement for damaged goods.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return (if eligible).
