  • Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to you doorsteps.

  • Shipping is carried out via DHL Express or TCS Courier Services (International Division).

  • Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

By purchasing from ChiniotiHandcrafts, you agree to our Return & Replacement Policy:

  • We do not offer returns or monetary refunds.

  • In case of damage during transit, we will provide one-time replacement of the same product to the same address, subject to verification within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After one replacement has been issued, no further claims will be entertained.
