1. Order Processing Time

All our products are handmade and undergo a quality inspection before shipping.

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or bulk orders may take a little longer due to the craftsmanship involved.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for shipment.


2. Shipping Duration

We deliver both locally (within Pakistan) and internationally.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Local Orders (Pakistan): 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders above a certain value.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.

5. Packaging and Care

Every item is securely packed using eco-friendly materials to ensure your handcrafted products arrive in perfect condition.
Because many of our products are made from natural wood, we also include care instructions to help preserve their beauty.


6. Delays or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, sometimes delays can occur due to customs or courier issues.
If your package seems delayed or lost:

  • Provide your order number and tracking details
    We’ll investigate immediately and work to resolve the issue.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
Chinioti Handcrafts cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we’ll notify you. You can choose to:

  • Have it re-shipped (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • Request a refund (excluding original shipping costs)
