1. What is ChiniotiHandcrafts?
ChiniotiHandcrafts is a Pakistan-based brand specializing in premium handcrafted wooden décor, made from high-quality Acacia wood and adorned with traditional Naqashi artistry. We ship our products directly from our warehouse to customers worldwide, including the USA.
2. Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every product is carefully handcrafted and hand-painted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, or carving details may occur, which adds to their uniqueness and authenticity.
3. What type of wood do you use?
We use pure Acacia wood (Kikar/Babool), which is naturally durable, strong, and resistant to mites. We do not use sheesham or Indian rosewood.
4. Do the product images match the actual item?
Our images are highly realistic and Shopify-ready, but minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen display, and the handcrafted nature of the product. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
5. From where do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse.
6. Which courier services do you use?
We ship orders using reliable international couriers:

7. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:

8. How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected delivery method. We may offer free shipping promotions occasionally.
9. Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Yes, depending on your country’s regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping price.
10. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/Whatsapp so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
11. Do you accept returns?
No. We do not accept returns or provide monetary refunds, as all items are handcrafted and shipped internationally.
12. What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged due to courier handling:

Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will ship one replacement of the same product to the same address at no additional cost
This is a one-time replacement only.
13. What happens after a replacement is sent?
After the one-time replacement is issued and delivered, we will not entertain further claims, replacements, or refunds for the same order.
14. What if I provide the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
15. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
