At ChiniotiHandcrafts, all our products are handcrafted, carefully inspected, and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the artisanal nature of our items and international shipping, we do not offer standard returns or monetary refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction in cases of genuine transit damage.

1. No Return or Refund Policy

  • ChiniotiHandcrafts does not accept returns or provide cash refunds for any orders, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or minor aesthetic variations inherent to handcrafted products.

  • All sales are considered final once the order has been shipped.

2. One-Time Replacement for Damaged Items

If your product arrives broken or damaged due to courier handling, we will provide a one-time replacement of the same item under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of:

    • The damaged product, and

    • The original packaging (outer box and inner protective materials).

Upon verification, we will ship one replacement of the same product to the same shipping address at no additional cost.

3. No Further Liability After Replacement

  • This replacement is strictly a one-time courtesy.

  • After a replacement has been issued and delivered, ChiniotiHandcrafts will not entertain any further claims, replacements, or compensation for damage, breakage, or defects on the same order.

4. Shipping Costs for Replacement

  • We bear the shipping cost for the first and only replacement shipment.

  • Customers are not eligible for refunds in lieu of replacement.

5. Ineligible Cases for Replacement

We will not provide a replacement if:

  • The damage is reported after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Insufficient or unclear photographic evidence is provided.

  • The product was damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or accidents after delivery.

  • The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
